Web design for recruitment: PSI Global Group delivers full turnkey industrial recruitment solutions, supporting clients’ needs on-site for projects throughout the UK and overseas. Services include contracting, accommodation, and health and wellbeing. Operating globally, countries PSI have worked in and are fully compliant in include Ireland, Belgium, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Spain, Norway, Sweden, Finland, and outside Europe in India.
This is the second website we’ve developed for PSI Global. In 2021 we developed a website for their recruitment services. Since then, more arms to the business have developed so a new website to act as a ‘hub’ for all their services needed to be created. This website was to act as a starting point and be central to all PSI’s online assets.
There were no great challenges as regards functionality as this was intended to be purely an information site. Much of the work went into the development of a more up-to-date and simplified logo and a stripping back of the brand colours. Yellow was favoured, and this can be a difficult colour to work with. In addition, the website needed to have a ‘global’ corporate feel.
Initially, we worked on the logo. It was decided that it should be text-based so we experimented with different premium fonts. Alongside this, we developed a colour palette to work with the yellow. Shades of grey were chosen as well as subtle graphical elements to lift the design.
Written content was kept to a minimum to ensure messages were delivered efficiently and use of video adds some dynamism.
Keen to demonstrate the different branches of the company, an animated splash page was created. This splash page also acts as navigation into this hub website, and external dedicated service websites such as recruitment.
Global industrial contractor web design: One of the key objectives of this website was to convince potential clients that INS Protect know what they’re doing and can provide a good service. Case studies of their top contracts were included as social proof and INS now have a resource that successfully attracts new clients. As this was a brand new site, and not a redevelopment, it started from the bottom. After a few months live, and some offsite marketing, the website is now generating new business for INS Protect.
