It is a family-based organisation founded in 2004 and the staff pride themselves in the highest possible standard of service to all their clients and customers. Avery Surveys have been our clients for over ten years and this website is the second one we have developed for them. The brief was to update the design for a more modern look and feel and also properly represent the company as it has expanded somewhat over the years from being local to Liverpool to providing its services all over the north west and Wales. Apart from the company’s reach, its range of services had increased so they wanted to appear less ‘boutique’ and more ‘established’ and ‘bigger’.
The main challenges were the content and making the company have a more regional feel while still maintaining it roots in Liverpool. Other assets were in short supply in terms of imagery and video. Also, how we were going to reach out to other areas in the north west was a key consideration.
After establishing which other areas in the region to target, we rewrote the content for the site aimed at Merseyside clients, but also those in other areas of the north west with a series of landing pages demonstrating knowledge of the local property market. We arranged a photographer for office and staff shots as well as a drone videographer to ensure we had as many current and up to date visual assets as possible. Sticking with the branding, we designed and developed a modern and fresh website which properly represents the company locally, and throughout the north west.
The regional landing pages have enabled Avery Surveys to expand their reach and generate more leads from the outlying areas of Merseyside. Such is its success, regional surveyors with knowledge of each area have been employed to carry out these surveys. Enquiries through the website are up and we continue to support Avery and Co with online marketing as well as physical printed literature and resources for annual conferences they hold as well as promotional materials for their clients.
