Recruitment company web design: Coyne Recruitment works in the Skills & Employability sectors. Its approach will always be centred on providing exceptional consultative information, advice and guidance. For candidates, it’s about finding the right roles and helping them achieve them. For employers, it’s to find the best employees available and fully prepare candidates for the interview and the role.
Coyne Recruitment is a busy consultancy agency and has many candidates and clients going through its doors. The company had a website but it was very difficult to update and the design was out-of-date. Coyne required a website that was easy to use, straightforward to add new jobs to, and that was eye-catching and easy for job candidates to apply for roles through.
The key focus of this website was the jobs board. It needed to be easy for website admin to upload new jobs and maintain the site in general, and also simple, clear and straightforward for candidates to apply for roles through the website. Ensuring effect UX (user experience) for both admin and website visitors was our key challenge.
We began with devising wireframes, and later a design, for the job listings pages. These needed to have a consistent framework to ensure efficiency for adding jobs by admin, and for website users to have familiarity when browsing through job opportunities.
The backend consists of a few basic text box filling procedures which can then be quickly published on the site’s front end. Each job also has an expiry date meaning the job is automatically removed from the site after the closing date passes thus saving time for admin the remember to do it manually.
Recruitment company web design: Coyne Recruitment now spend a lot less time on website admin due to the ease of use of the admin dashboard. Other website features include information for clients and candidates, an insights page that is regularly used by Coyne to offer advice and tips to website visitors, as well as easy-to-manage online applications and CV upload facilities.
